Technical support engineer in Smart Kafe

Hello! We are Smart Cafe, a Ukrainian food company that automates the restaurant business. Our product is Syrve, a modern POS system for HoReCa establishments.
We are currently looking for a 1st Line Technical Support Engineer to be the first line of support for our customers. Sometimes it looks like support, sometimes it looks like a real special operation. But it will definitely be interesting!

 What will you do:

• Accept customer requests in Discord, Telegram, CRM

• Deal with cash registers, PRO, PRRO, checkboxes, scanners, plugins, API and other interesting pieces

• Install backoffices, plugins, licenses

• Escalate complex cases to the 2nd line

• Work in a flexible schedule (there are morning, day and evening shifts - we will explain everything)

What is important to us:

• Your desire to learn, grow and not get lost among 5 simultaneous chats

• Technical thinking, attention to details

• Good communication in Ukrainian (or at least without a "type", "it doesn't do it")

• Experience in working with POS, IT, technical support or HoReCa - will be a plus, but not necessary

How will the adaptation take place:

1. 1 month of training at a corporate university

2. Passing an internal certification

3. Working under the guidance of Timlid

4. Getting your work shift

 How does ZP grow:

• 1 month — trainee: UAH 20,000

• 2 months — junior engineer: UAH 25,000

• 3 months — 25,000 UAH + bonus 2,500-5,000 UAH

After certifications: up to 30,000-35,000 UAH + bonuses

 What else is important to know:

• You must have your own equipment (laptop, headset, light/internet).

• After the trial period, we can provide everything you need - with a contract.

• We work honestly, communicate openly and help each other one.

• Customers are different - you need to be patient and calm, even if "everything is lost".
