Technical support engineer in Metinvest Digital

We are currently looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER.

| KEY TASKS:

• Variable duty and participation in IT equipment disaster recovery work.
• Working with user requests.
• Diagnostics, maintenance and repair of IT equipment.
• Installation and configuration of operating systems and standard PC software.
• Maintenance of technological accounting of IT equipment.

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:

• You have a secondary or higher professional technical education. Specializations: radio electronics, microprocessor technology, data transmission systems, programming.
• Able to provide technical support to users of computer equipment both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Able to debug and maintain computer equipment.
• Able to configure operating systems of the Windows family.
• You know how to perform simple metalwork with computer equipment (disassembly, assembly, cleaning and lubrication).
• You know the main types of data transmission networks, the principles of their construction and operation.
