Technical support engineer in Sich-Infokom

Sich-Infocom LLC is looking for an employee for the position of technical support engineer. Our company is a leading operator of telecommunication services in Zaporizhzhia. We provide a wide range of communication services, including Internet and IPTV.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the company's customers by phone or e-mail;
• Resolve problems with network connection, Internet speed and other related issues with telecommunication services;
• Tracking the state of the network with the help of monitoring systems;
• Processing customer requests: collecting, recording and systematizing information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Professional education will be an advantage;
• Experience in the field of technical support or customer service will be an advantage, but not mandatory;
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, be polite and patient;
• Good understanding of computer technology and the Internet;
• Understanding the OSI model, the principle of the protocol stack TCP/IP;
• Responsibility, stress resistance and result-oriented;
• High level of command of the Ukrainian language.
