Our company is expanding the team and looking for candidates for the position of "Technical Support Engineer".

Responsibilities:

• Technical support company employees and clients;
• Interaction with users, organization of remote access;
• Support, configuration and maintenance of workstations and peripherals in the office (printers, scanners);
• >Control of security and confidentiality of information at workplaces;
• Keeping records of components, moving equipment by department;
• Visits to clients within the city to service workstations, network settings;

• Interaction with 2nd line engineers to solve more complex problems.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the hardware part PC and software of workstations, remote work tools (anydesk, VPN, terminal server);
• Basic skills of network administration, security, AD, MS virtualization;
• Experience of implementing and updating software and hardware part of workstations, diagnostics, troubleshooting;
• Desire to learn and develop;
• Communicativeness, the ability to quickly find a common language with customers;
• High responsibility and attentiveness to details;
• Developed logic and ability to work in a team.
