Scope of activity: Provide support for users of the company's computer and office equipment in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures of the company, as well as agreements on the quality of services provided.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Technical consultation of users, including guidance.
- Troubleshoot and perform systems-side tasks at a basic level.
- Remote technical troubleshooting using diagnostic methods and related questions.
- Solving technical problems directly at the point of occurrence.
- Determining the best solution based on the fault description and details provided by users.
- Providing feedback on the process of solving the task.
- Referral of outstanding issues to the following support lines.
- Registration of the occurrence of the task, the solution process and the final result.
- Identifying and proposing possible improvements to procedures.
Special knowledge/ experience:
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems of the MS Windows family.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications and clients (eg, antivirus programs, VPN clients, Ebanking, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience in working with computer hardware and printing devices.
- Understanding and knowledge of IP networks.
- Basic knowledge of domain structures under Windows Server OS management.
Language skills: Ukrainian - fluent; English is intermediate.
Education: Higher (preferably IT field).
