We are looking for a technical support engineer to work with data collection terminals (DCTs) and other trading information equipment.
Ensuring the functionality of devices, carrying out preventive measures.
User support in matters of device software operation.Testing and implementation of new functionality on TSD devices.Interaction with suppliers hardware and software.Writing instructions for basic software operations.Maintaining documentation on settings, incidents and user requests.Participation in development and optimization processes of work with TSD.Requirements:
- Higher technical education in the field of information technologies, electronics or related fields is desirable
