Technical support engineer in Sport Layf

We are ready to hire a system administrator or a technical support engineer for the position.

In connection with the development, we are opening the position of "Technical support engineer":

< strong>Functional duties:

• Provide support, advise company employeeson issues related to computer equipment and software
• Provide support for IT equipment, peripherals< /strong>, communication channels and software
• Work in the application system (receiving, routing applications from users, solving problems )

Requirements:

• Technical higher education (or student with ability to work full time)
• Experience with technical user support< /strong>from half a year or more;
• Experience and knowledge of installation and support of Windows OS, MS Office and standard software;
< li>Basic knowledge of the network (including experience of physical installation), TCP/IR protocol, telephony;
• Knowledge of hardware part of PC, setting up printers and other office peripheral equipment;
• Desire to work in a team of professionals; 
• Communicativeness, ability to clearly communicate thoughts, stress resistance, persistence and patience, attention to details, systematic approach, responsibility.
