Job: Technical Support Engineer

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Knowledge of the Windows family OS at the administrator level;
• Knowledge of MS Office software at the administrator level;
< li>Understanding the principles of PC diagnostics;
• Basic knowledge of Windows server, AD, DNS, Terminal Services;
• Understanding the principles of network operation, experience in setting up network equipment, installing SCS;
• Ensuring smooth operation of office equipment, diagnostics, replacement of cartridges.

• Processing of IT requests in the Service Desk system;
• Organization of new workplaces and support of existing ones;

• Supporting users in solving problems with hardware, software, MS Office and Windows 7-11;
• Connecting, configuring, diagnosing and replacing consumables in office equipment;
• Setting up and supporting applications in Android and iOS mobile devices;

• Diagnostics and block repair of PCs.
