TIRAS Technologies invites you to cooperateDuties:

• provide professional technical support and advice to users regarding the operation of hardware and software of the company's products, using various means of communication (IP-telephony, email, messengers, etc. );

• process customer requests in the CRM system (creation of new contacts, description of the reason for the request);

• remarks) regarding the company's products in the project management system;

• form reports on customer requests at the request of the manager;

• conduct customer training on the operation of the company's products (online/offline);

• suggest improvements to the customer experience based on feedback received;

• collaborate with development teamsand testing to solve customer requests and improve the company's products.

Requirements:

• PC fluency at the advanced user level;

• basic knowledge of computer networks;

• the presence of such qualities as: organization, ability to learn quickly, responsibility, attentiveness, sociability, grammatical competence, stress resistance; 

• customer experience;

• ability to clearly explain the principles of the company's products.

It will be a plus:

• experience in technical support;

• technical education;

• experience working with security or fire systems;

• experience with project management systems (Trello, Jira);

• English at the Intermediate level and above.
