The company engaged in the development, construction, installation and implementation of multi-functional telecommunications monitoring systems RDL LLP is currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
1. Support in the implementation and installation of new programs
2. Communication with customers, quick solution to their problem
3. Diagnosis and elimination of technical problems
Requirements:
1. Work experience as a technical support engineer or in a similar position
2. Practical experience with Windows/Linux environments (including system administration)
3. Knowledge and understanding of the hardware part of the server
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of REST, API, JSON
6. Determining additional aspects to be monitored or recorded
7. Understanding of virtualization, containerization
8. Experience working with databases (mssql/mysql/mongo)
9. Experience with Grafana or similar logging/metrics system
Will be a plus:
1. Experience with performance/memory/traffic monitoring tools such as dotTrace/dotMemory/wireshark/rawcap/network miner
2. Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana
3. Experience with network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, FTP, UDP), network layer.
