What you will do: Analyze the customer's needs and propose a target solution architecture, agree on solution options Study and analyze the architecture and interaction of existing IT systems, develop models for their optimization Identify critical situations in the operation of IT systems, determine the causes in cooperation with the responsible departments Prepare requirements for monitoring and backing up systems Control execution of SLA, SLO, SLI What qualifications and experience are required: Experience in technical support of product development from 2 years Understanding of load balancing methods, experience in Nginx configuration Experience in working with Kibana and Grafana (creation of visualizations) Experience in working with technical documentation (preparation, life cycle), work with Jira, ConfluenceExperience in working with business and technical requirements within products/projects A plus: Knowledge of Unix systems administration Experience in support, implementation and development of crm/web/billing systems Experience in working with Docker, Kubernetes Experience in working with systems hosted in Cloud What we offer: Office or remote - it's up to you.
