Technical support engineer in Sinevo Ukrayina

Main duties: Processing of user requests; User consultation on working with the ERP system and other P3; Fixing and maintenance of bug fixes; Writing instructions. We expect from you: Experience of working with ERP, CRM systems for more than 1 year; Experience in user support for more than 1 year; Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian; Analytical and research skills; Empathy, attentiveness.
