Technical support engineer (1/3 shift work) in UTELS, TOV

We currently have an open vacancy for a technical support specialist, first line of service. If you like to help people, solve interesting technical problems, work with network equipment - then you have already interested us. Job duties: Monitoring of network activity; Consultation of subscribers via calls, mail and taskmanager; Testing and setting up of equipment; Support of monitoring systems; Requirements :- Understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack;- the ability to quickly navigate new information;- high communication skills and the ability to work in a team.- understanding the principles of work: DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT.- work experience in a similar position from 1 year (separately salary is considered) We offer: - a competitive salary and bonus system; - the possibility of professional development and career growth; - comfortable working conditions and a friendly team.
