Experience in configuring/administering network equipment (managed switches, routers, WiFi access points), server OS and software (MSWindows Server, AD, SCCM) is welcome .Knowledge of the general principles of operation of video surveillance systems and ACCUD is welcome.Responsibilities: Consultation and technical support of users of warehouses, offices, stores on questions about the operation of software, computer equipment, data collection terminals, trade equipment on the basis of telephone calls, applications in the Service Desk system, letters by e-mail. Installation, configuration, diagnostics, block repair of computer equipment, printing and handling equipment. Introduction of operation, adjustment and support of data collection terminals. Transfer of equipment for repair, control of compliance with work deadlines by the service center (TSD, printing and handling equipment, computer computer equipment) Installation, configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting of the Windows OS family, office software MS Office, additional software. Maintains and supports the operation of the local network, WiFi network, server equipment at the level of replacing equipment, replacing SCS nodes, crimping cables, replacing network sockets (RJ45).
