Technical support department specialist.

Requirements< /strong>:

• Knowledge of the basic principles of construction, operation and diagnostics of failures of local and WiFi networks of enterprises.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, FTP , LDAP, SMTP, IMAP)
• Knowledge of the basic principles of operation and diagnostics of computer equipment, printing and scanning equipment, Windows family OS, office software package MS OFFICE.
• Experience in setting/ administration of network equipment (managed switches, routers, WiFi access points), server OS and software (MS Windows Server, AD, SCCM) is welcome.
• Knowledge of general principles of operation of video surveillance systems and CCTV is welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Consultation and technical support of users of warehouses, offices, stores on issues of software operation, computer equipment, data collection terminals, trading equipment on the basis of telephone calls, applications in the Service Desk system, letters in e-mail.
• Installation, adjustment, diagnostics, block repair of computer equipment, printing and scanning equipment.

• Commissioning, configuration and support of data collection terminals.
• Transfer of equipment for repair, control over compliance with work deadlines by the service center (TSD, printing and scanning equipment, computer equipment)< /li>
• Installation, configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting in the operation of the Windows family OS, MS Office office software, additional software. levels of equipment replacement, replacement of SCS nodes, cable crimping, replacement of network sockets (RJ 45).
