Technical support coordinator (military equipment) in Vyriy

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Manager for work with the military.

We will be glad get to know you at an interview if:

• You have a technical education;
• You are fluent in the Ukrainian language;
• You have 2 years of experience working with clients;
• You are able to conduct negotiations and make presentations;
• You have the skills to quickly solve non-standard problems situations and processing various requests;
• You have stress resistance, multitasking, sociability, openness, a desire to help and a good sense of humor;
• Ready to learn and develop together with us.
• Military service experience will be an advantage.

We will entrust you with the following tasks:

• Supporting military customers at all stages: from the first consultation to collecting feedback;
• Resolving non-standard issues and requests at work with clients;
• Control of equipment testing;
• Organization and maintenance of database contacts;
• Conducting negotiations and conducting presentations.
