Changes: there are 2 vacancies: one with a permanent schedule 7:00-16:00, the second 9:00-18:00.

Location: Kyiv, str. Poleva, 21. Partial remote.

Main Responsibilities:

• provide professional technical support regarding the operation of 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software using a variety of tools communications (online, telephone, e-mail and periodic meetings with clients);
• process support requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures;
• interact and share customer feedback with other departments.

Main requirements:

• customer orientation;
• effective communication skills;
• English and Ukrainian languages ​​at B2 level (upper-intermediate);
• experienced user of Microsoft Windows;
• general understanding of network technologies, in particular the concept of "client-server", knowledge of database administration (MSSQL or others);
• the ability to solve problems and think logically;
• result orientation and stress resistance;
• desire for self-improvement and desire to learn;
• the ability to think analytically, work in mode bagatotasks and with understanding to relate to the needs and problems of customers.
