Changes: there are 2 vacancies: one with a permanent schedule 7:00-16:00, the other 9:00- 18:00.

Location: Kyiv, str. Poleva, 21. Part-time remote.

Main duties:

• provide professional technical support regarding the operation of 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software using various means of communication (online, telephone, e-mail and periodic meetings with clients);
• process calls to the support service: collect, record and systematize information from clients in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures;
• interact and share customer feedback with other departments.

Basic requirements:

• customer orientation;
• effective communication skills;
• English and Ukrainian languages ​​at the B2 (upper-intermediate) level;
• experienced user of Microsoft Windows;
• general understanding of network technologies, including client-server concepts, knowledge of database administration (MSSQL or others);
• ability to solve problems and think logically;
• orientation to result and stress resistance;
• striving for self-improvement and desire to learn;
• ability to think analytically, work in multitasking mode and understand customer needs and problems.
