Technical support consultant in KRONAS

We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant throughout Ukraine or in Kyiv

What you will do:

• Provide technical support to users via phone, e-mail on services Companies
• Solve technical problems of users and provide them with the necessary advice
• Keep documentation on work with clients and their requests

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in the field of technical support is not mandatory, we teach everything
• Knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages
• Knowledge of software and computer technologies
• High responsibility and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
