Now we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will perform the most responsible mission of providing technical assistance to our users in online chat and helping them develop solve their problems.
Responsibilities:< /strong>
— Communicate with customers about computers, gadgets, online services and help them solve any technical problems in English. Examples of such requests are: "I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?", "Cannot connect to the printer", "YouTube does not work on my TV". normal; font-weight: 400">What skills are needed:
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written): Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1);
— Basic PC skills and understanding of modern systems and services at the user level.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in customer support or billing support teams; br/>— Work experience or education related to system administration;
— Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowing this software will greatly facilitate your life in the first days of work;
