Support Operators are tech-savvy professionals who love helping customers and supporting their colleagues. At the time of the project's inception in 2018, the technical support team started with 1 person, today there are more than 20 of them. As the number of customers increases every month and it is very important for us that they remain satisfied with the purchased products and services, the goal in the near future is to increase the support team, improve the quality of support as much as possible, bring a new level of efficiency, revolutionize the approach to support with the best technical support education. Honesty and openness are the keys to success, which our specialists use to build long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues. A few details about what our tech support does. Support operators provide support for customers from all over the world through chats, tickets, e-mails and zoom-calls. If you want to constantly practice your English or any other foreign language, ussupport will give you the opportunity to communicate with people from all over the world, and you can learn to understand different pronunciations, dialects, accents. CrocoBlock's clients are mainly developers, who use our plugins, and in the process of our quality training you will learn to communicate with them in the same technical language. If you want to become part of the Support team, it is important for us: knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level understanding the basics of communication with the client and within the team the ability to search and find information from different sources, the ability to focus on several tasks, and quickly turn on without looking at distracting factors; experience of working with clients Day shift (from 9 to 18 or from 11 to 20) Experience with wordpress (or other cms system, site designers) will be a plus; experience with quality improvement , training of agents, experience of working with support systems (chat agents, ticket systems, crm) Basic functional duties, tasks, report and transmission of bugs; customization of troubleshooting and fixing problems on the client's website; communication with clients via chats or tickets, constant improvement of qualifications and level of technical knowledge; possibility write technical documentation (on request); Zoom calls with clients (on request).
