Customer Care Department is the largest department of Brainstack_, looking for a Technical Support Agent/T1 Required skills: Fluency in written English. Previous experience in support. Time management skills Ability work under high workloadsAbility to convey technical information in a clear and understandable way.Will be a plus:Previous experience with Atlassian and Zendesk productsPrimary tasks:Providing customer support in the classroom and etiquette.Troubleshooting and solving customer problems.Providing complex technical information to a non-technical audience.Reporting errors.Achieving team KPIs.Saving and improving customer loyalty Work schedule: 3/3: 8:00- 17:0015:00-01:0023:00-08:00 Then 3 days off.
