Technical support administrator in Hop Hey

Your functional responsibilities will be:

• Processing of applications and services in Service Desk, Bitrix24;
• Technical support of users;
• Settings computer equipment to users, support for the operation of office equipment in the central office.
• Work with providers, conclusion of contracts, work with outsourcers, mob curator. communication, submission of invoices for payment, payment control.

What is required for this position?

• Experience installing and supporting Windows operating systems;
• Ability to configure remote RDP access;
• Knowledge of the principles of network equipment;
• Knowledge of the basics of network construction and operation;
• Knowledge of the principles of network resources, rights and security;
• Ability to competently communicate with users.

Working conditions:

• 5-day work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sat and Sun , ex.;
• paid vacation and sick leave;
