Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers for all company products (admin panel, mobile application, self-service kiosks)
- Assisting in system configuration and administration
- Consulting on functionality and capabilities platforms
- Handling customer requests through various communication channels
- Interacting with the development team to resolve technical issues
- Participating in the improvement of documentation and training materials
Requirements:
- High customer orientation and empathy
- Excellent communication skills
- Resistance to stress and the ability to work in multitasking ability
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb new information
- Confident command of Ukrainian and English
- Experience with POS systems (Poster, IIKO, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in HoReCa
- Understanding the principles of operation of payment systems and integration
