Technical Support in Eatery Club

🎯 Necessary skills:

- From 1 year of experience in a similar position;

- Understanding of software and technologies;

- Understanding of business processes in the HoReCa segment;

- Technical knowledge of desktop and Windows server operating systems;

- Work in multitasking mode (email processing, conducting chats, interaction with the development team);

- Ability to conduct dialogue competently and productively;

p>- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot PCs.

🤓 Will be a plus:

- Experience with POS systems Syrve, Poster and related equipment ;

- Knowledge of the English language.
