We are currently looking forTechnical Support Engineerto our partner company TENTENS style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). What challenges await you in the role of Service Operations engineer:
— Live status tracking of the company's technical systems, which continuously develop more than 10 teams;
— Identification and escalation of incidents affecting user experience and business indicators;
— Cooperation in solving cases with specialists engineering guilds, support teams and even C-level employees;
— Nayef Searchmore effective ways of quick categorization and prioritization of errors encountered by users;
— Development of an extensive multi-level monitoring system.
What you will need to do:
Incident escalation;
— Technical support assistance;
— Downloading information from databases.

— Analytical thinking and the ability to simply convey complex information;
— Communicative skills;
— Basic knowledge of computer networks (understanding of the TCP/IP model and how the user receives an answer to his request)
— Basic knowledge of Linux (working with the command line and basic identification skills problems);
— Basic knowledge of SQL (writing SELECT queries);
— Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc.) and bug tracking systems (YouTrack, Jira, etc.) will be a plus.
