Technical Specialist (WordPress) in Dental Expert

We are looking for a technical specialist to take over the repetitive technical part of launching webinars and courses. Now part of this work is done by a marketer. We want this to be done by an individual strong person who loves order, pays attention to details and knows how to put everything together without mistakes and on time.

We at Dental Expert organize online training for dentists and dental technicians. We work in two markets, Ukraine and Poland, and we are scaling further.

We already have a well-established launch model, clear processes and templates. We like clarity and systematic work. We work according to checklists. If you are a systematic person, you will be comfortable with us.

What will be at work

1. Working with WordPress

Basic layout, working with pages, templates, making edits, connecting forms, basic technical assembly of the necessary elements for launch.

2. Work with SendPulse / ActiveCampaign

Technical work with mailings and funnels. Without copywriting and without marketing strategies. It is necessary to collect and adjust what has already been invented.

3. Working with LMS-platforms Kwiga / WebToLearn

Uploading courses, placing materials, issuing access.

4. Working with Google Sheets

The main goal of this role

1. So that all the technical parts of the launch are collected without errors and on time.
2. So that the marketer does not waste his time on technical routine.
3. So that courses, landings, forms, mailings and access work without failures.

We need a person who close

• love of order, logic and neat work;
• calm attitude to repetitive tasks;
• habit of checking yourself before giving the result;
• internal responsibility to ensure that everything works.

Will be a plus

• Experience with Tilda.
• Experience in online education, start-ups or related digital projects.
• Experience working with APIs.

Who is not suitable for this role

1. If you often make mistakes in small things.
2. If you quickly get bored with technical repetitive work.
3. If you need to be constantly standing over you and reminding you of the basics things.

Work format

Remote. Full employment. Schedule 5/2, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
