Technical Specialist / Technical Support Engineer in Uponor GmbH

A representative office of a European manufacturer of engineering solutions for heating, cooling, heat and water supply systems, as well as control systems is looking for a technical support specialist to join its team

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to partners and customers
• Translating technical documentation from English into Ukrainian and adapting it
• Preparing and adapting the product catalog
• Preparing technical solutions and recommendations on calculations
• Performance of calculations in the software HSE InstalSoft
• Preparation and holding of technical seminars and training events
• Joint participation in meetings and presentations within the scope of project sales
• If necessary, visits to facilities to process and support complaints

Requirements for candidate:

• Technical education or training in a technical specialty (engineering, energy, construction)
• Basic special knowledge in engineering
• English language - above elementary level (reading technical documentation, basic oral communication)
• Skills for working with technical documentation
• Responsibility, ability to learn, communication

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with HSE InstalSoft, BIM or other engineering software
• Experience in conducting training or technical presentations
