Right now we are looking for a specialist for the position Technical support specialist

Tasks positions:

  • User support (1st line);
  • Elimination of typical incidents;
  • Forwarding complex cases to the 2nd line;
  • Adherence to regulations and standards;
  • Support of stable work "on the ground".

What is important for us?

  • Experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Linux;
  • Understanding the principles of OS, drivers, network (IP, DNS — basic);
  • Experience of working with users: configuring access, software, peripherals;
  • Experience of initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of typical problems;
  • Ability to work according to instructions and checklists;
