Technical specialist of the operations department (Help Desk) in E-ZOO

We are looking for a talented Operations Technician to join our team.

What will be included in your functional duties:

• Processing requests from employees, diagnosis and elimination of technical problems;
  Cooperation with programmers, system administrators and others by departments to solve tasks;
• Creation and constant updating of instructions for users and description of business processes;
• The main work is related to BAS / 1C. Solving requests from employees regarding the functionality of BAS / 1C (Plus MEDoc, Teams, IP telephony, etc.) and quickly solve them

Main requirements:

• Experience of working with BAS / 1C on managed forms from 1 year at the confident level user (will be a big plus);
• Understanding the operation of the basic business processes of the company (sale of goods, purchase of goods, inventory, collection of orders in the warehouse, etc.);
• Ability to prove take the ticket to work until the end
