Requirements: Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related fields); Work experience of at least 2 years of experience working with cloud technologies, preferably in the field of development, deployment and support for cloud solutions; Knowledge of the English language - B2 or higher; Experience in deploying Windows/Linux infrastructure: on-premise, hybrid, cloud; Understanding of network architecture and configuration; Understanding of the functionality and features of cloud services activation; Experience of working with one of the cloud services (AWS , Azure, Google, Alibaba), including deployment and configuration, monitoring and optimization of resource consumption. Experience with all cloud services would be an advantage; Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Java, Python, C# or JavaScript would be a plus; Experience with Office 365; Possession of AWS certifications would be a significant advantage; At least 3 years of IT support experience; Knowledge of ITIL will be an advantage; Necessary knowledge: Windows, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, File Share, Backup/Restore, Stores, Databases, RDS/VDI, migration, mail, licensing. Responsibilities: Participation in the promotion of AWS cloud services, conducting presentations and demonstrations, working with the partner channel, conducting technical sessions and webinars; Processing service requests of the partner channel and providing consultations related to AWS cloud services at the stage of pre-sales preparation and during the operation of AWS subscriptions by end customers; Calculation and optimization of AWS specifications, formation , description and demonstration of technical solutions based on AWS; Ensuring the necessary SLA level during registration and authorization of AWS service requests; Participation in the provision of design and configuration services of IT services based on AWS; Communication with vendor specialists; Active study of new cloud technologies and services , as well as trends and innovations in the field of cloud computing; Support of the Company's partner certifications according to the certification plan.
