• Knowledge of hardware and software operation principles.

• Experience in working with diagnostics and troubleshooting malfunctions.

• Ability to read technical documentation.

• Responsibility, attention to details.

• Resistance to stress and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Reception, processing and resolution of requests to iNobi technical support (customer consultation, problem diagnosis, comprehensive resolution).

• Testing samples according to regulations (checking equipment for compliance, preparation of reports).

• Quality control supplies (defect control, specification reconciliation, interaction with suppliers).

• Maintenance of technical documentation (updating knowledge bases, instructions, regulations).

• Education of partners and customers (conducting demonstrations, webinars, answering technical questions).

• Regular increase, adjustment and updating of the database layouts.
