Technical Specialist in Underhood

The company "Underhood" is looking for a Technical support specialist with 1 year of experience. Remote work. Key tasks: - Effectively process customer requests using tickets in Intercom; - Solving problems within the limits of one's competences; - Collecting and analyzing information on emerging problems; - Forming bug reports; - Participation in the preparation of documentation. Used tools:- Chrome dev tools;- Slack;- Intercom;- AnyDesk;- Jira. Requirements:- Experience with Windows and macOS;- VPN installation and configuration;- Ability to work in dev tools;- Understanding of client-server architecture;- Analytical approach to tasks; - Communicability, non-conflict, stress resistance; - Willingness to learn the system and the subject area. It will be a plus: - Experience in a similar position; - Higher technical education.
