Well, this is only if the music is cool, and if so-so, then it is most likely our competitors. It is our music curators who select all this music, and technicians program and install our broadcasting equipment on location, after which they monitor its operation.

 When you enter a restaurant and see there video screens on which menu lights up, do you know how it appears there? This menu comes to these screens thanks to FireBrands! Our content department prepares the necessary materials, and technicians program and install our broadcast equipment on location, and then monitor its operation.

When you walk into a medical clinic and it smells good >do you know why there is a pleasant aroma? Because our aroma department prepared this aroma, and our technicians set up and prepared our aroma diffuser to be sent to the location, after which they monitor its operation.

We are looking for a DEPUTY TECHNICAL DIRECTOR to join the team. A person who will be able to program our broadcast equipment, prepare aromatic equipment for sending to customers, remotely monitor its operation and provide technical support. It should be a person with a technical mindset who knows how to use not only a computer, but also a screwdriver.

Tasks of the Technical Specialist:

- Provide technical support for the company's Internet products and services;

- Diagnose, analyze and resolve problems related to software malfunctions;

- Perform software installation and configuration;

- Ensure constant communication with customers and solve their queries.

 Requirements for a Technical Specialist:

 - strong>Experience of working in the Technical Support Service: cable TV, mobile operator, telephone company, Internet provider (not necessary, but a big plus)

- Experience in installing and configuring Windows 7,10,11 and Linux;

- Desirable experience working with server versions of the Windows Server OS;

- Understanding of the basics of building computer networks, the main means of diagnosing malfunctions in computer networks;
