About the project:

We’re aiming to disrupt the payment experience by making it more social. We are a FinTech company sitting in the intersection of social media, payments and rewards.

What do you need:
● 4+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager;
● Experience as a Technical Project Manager or background in QA or development;

● Defining the roadmap of the engineering team through deep research and understanding of business goals;
● Draft, collect feedback on, and finalize requirements docs and functional specifications for projects to be built by the engineering team;
● Working with third parties to evaluate APIs and capabilities, and map out integration plans;
● Manage and prioritize a backlog of issues Run sprints alongside the engineering lead;
● Work cross-functionally with other product teams, marketing, operations teams, customer teams, and others as needed;
● Effectively manage dependencies to ensure that the right steps are taken in the right order;
● Manage new feature development including deliverables, timelines, and scope of work related to new feature development;
● Keeping all project documents up to date, providing weekly and ad hoc project status reports;
● Funneling down change requests and priorities from various teams to the engineering team to ensure project vision and tech roadmap are on track Improving documentation for mission-critical systems and processes;
● English is spoken and written at the Upper-intermediate level or higher.
