Your daily responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, validating (running pre-screening interviews) in order to provide qualified candidates to our clients. You will also network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled candidates for our customers' IT and IT-related business positions.
