This role involves recruiting both technical and non-technical staff, including executive positions, for a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative sourcing strategies, executing the full recruitment cycle, and maintaining rigorous candidate engagement from initial contact through to hire.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, presenting them to the team for alignment with broader recruitment goals.- Perform comprehensive candidate search utilizing various tools and methods to identify and attract potential candidates.- Craft and refine job descriptions and post vacancies across multiple channels to maximize visibility and attract top talent.- Engage in candidate screening, interviewing, and profiling, ensuring alignment with client requirements.- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate negotiations, and handle offer letter preparations.- Maintain up-to-date candidate databases and provide detailed reporting on recruitment metrics and market research.- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory recruitment standards.- Continuously update recruitment processes and techniques based on industry trends and effectiveness feedback.- Participate in recruitment training and webinars to stay ahead of emerging trends in the recruitment landscape.Key Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year in a recruitment agency setting.- Proven track record of tech and non-tech recruiting within the IT and digital business sectors.- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, excellent knowledge of Boolean search and candidate evaluation techniques.- Proficient in using ATS, Google Workspace, and other relevant software for recruitment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level required).- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and maintain attention to detail.- Experience in recruiting talents from various countries (EU, EEA, Eastern Europe).- Demonstrated application of recruiting best practices.Desirable Skills:- Client-facing experience is highly desirable, reflecting a capability to manage and enhance client relationships effectively.Soft Skills:- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.- High emotional intelligence, including empathy, resilience, and stress management.- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.- Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Compensation:- Fixed wage with performance-linked bonuses.- Additional incentives for exceeding recruitment targets and maintaining high activity levels.- While the base salary is not market-leading, our bonus structure is designed to generously reward high achievers.
