In this role, you will directly impact the company’s results by hiring the best talents. You will get the opportunity to work with the Ukrainian and foreign markets as well as grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the full cycle of the recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and close candidates in Ukraine and worldwide;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop the ideal candidate profile that matches the needs, culture, and values of our company;
  • Quickly fill project-specific roles within tight budgets and deadlines;
  • Utilize various channels to close top talents for the Delivery department: LinkedIn, internal database, employee referrals, job portals, networking, and other resources;
  • Conduct IT market research using a combination of external and internal sourcing, headhunting, and both passive and active search strategies;
  • Contribute ideas to improve company processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy;
  • Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English — both verbal and written;
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house;
  • Experience in hiring engineers in Eastern Europe, and internationally;
  • Proven track record of working with limited budgets and tight deadlines;
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills, particularly with active search techniques through LinkedIn and other tools;
  • Experience using AI tools for recruitment;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels;
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Startup mindset and a hunger to achieve great results;
  • An existing database of potential candidates is a plus.
