Technical Project Manager (with technical background Developer/QA)

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience in IT operations, software development, or technology-focused industry.

• Experience in managing small (1-10 people) and middle-size (11-50 people) projects.

• Previous development background using any popular programming language or BA background, or QA experience.

• Passionate with process definition, formalization, optimizations, and implementation.

• Certified Scrum Master is a big plus.

• Experience in communicating with program stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.

• Experience in building and launching new software, automated processes, and security controls.

• Experience in shipping software, delivering automated processes, and implementing enterprise-grade infrastructure

• Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, and organizing workflows based on this information.

• Experience in coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new automated processes, software, or hardware

• Proven track record leading projects and helping your team achieve goals.

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders in engineering, IT, security, finance, QA, operations, and legal teams to deliver against strategy and requirements for the client's growing internal teams.

• Actively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic or technicalgoals. 

• Efficiently coordinate and track work across multiple teams. Your start-up mentality lets you find workarounds for any blocking work item.

• Drive written and verbal communication, lead meetings with project stakeholders, and clarify ambiguous information.

• Build strong processes and lead a disciplined execution cadence. 

• Drive design and implementation of fully automated pipelines across products and locales.

• Lead definition, data collection, and progress for key metrics.
