dNovo Group is a leading Digital Marketing Agency with headquarters in Toronto that provides unique consulting services for web design and digital marketing to its clients across Canada. We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our international team.

Note: this position requires availability to work 9:00–17:00 in the Eastern Time Zone + Fluent spoken and written English.

Work Expectations:

• Available 40 hours per week.
• Availability to work in EST Time zone 9-17:00 is essential.
• Reachable after-hours and weekends for critical issues.
• Fluent English and strong communication are key.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Assisting clients and internal team over the video meeting, phone, chat and email in resolving website and server-related issues.
• Assign, track and Q/A Trello tasks for clients

Technical Abilities:

Being able to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Issues include but are not limited to:

• Website glitches (broken elements on site, contact form delivery, permalink issues, unsecure site, unresponsive site)
• Hosting configurations
• SSL and domain setup
• Troubleshooting email issues
• Setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and fixing tracking issues
• Fixing email issues
• DNS setup for website and emails
• Basic API configurations
• SMTP Setup for contact forms delivery
• Basic on-page SEO is required
