Technical Project Manager/Program Manager Kyiv Skyeton is an aviation company specializing in the development and production of unmanned aircraft. We have our own navigation, detection and control systems, and have been working in the aviation industry since 2006. In particular, since 2014, we have been actively developing our own unmanned aircraft-type systems. We are looking for a R&D team leader for a new project for long-term cooperation, who will manage the development at a strategic level, ensure the development of the project in accordance with agreed quantities and deadlines. The main tasks of the role: —Deriving the MVP of the pre-production sample, then the pre-production sample. — Formation of a technical team to solve technical problems of the product. — Formation of product requirements. —Determining the vision of the product. —Product backlog management. —Development coordination. — Communication with stakeholders, collection and analysis of feedback from customers and users for continuous improvement of the product. —Monitoring the progress of the analyst. Important for the position: —Experience in hardware projects. — The level of English is B1 and above. —Understanding product development cycles and flexible online project management methodologies. —Participation in product development from the idea of ​​post-production, that is, independent management of similar projects. —Understanding the basic technologies underlying the product (communication, navigation, auto-guidance, EW, warheads, auto-engines, aerodynamics, avionics, general mechanical and electrical engineering, understanding of physics). —Experience in conducting negotiations with partners/clients/stakeholders and experience in making presentations.
