We are looking for a R&D team leader for a new project for long-term cooperation, who will manage the development at a strategic level, ensure the development of the project in accordance with agreed quantities and deadlines. The main tasks of the role: — Derivation of MVP of a pre-production sample, then a pre-production sample. from customers and users for continuous improvement of the product.—Monitoring the progress of the analyst. It is important for the position: —Experience of working in Hardware projects. —English level at B1 and above.—Understanding of product development cycles and flexible online project management methodologies.—Participation in product development from the idea of ​​post-production, i.e. independent management of similar projects.—Understanding of basic technologies underlying the product (communication, navigation, auto-guidance, EW , BCH, avtobilok, aerodynamics, avionics, general mechanical and electrical engineering, understanding of physics).
