The projects are diverse and you will be able to lead the development of intelligent solutions for new-generation copters with autonomous guidance functions that will significantly change the rules of the game on the battlefield, implement modern technologies in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, with a focus on autonomy, high accuracy and adaptation to difficult conditions.

Projects include unique challenges in the field of developing high-tech products that will play a key role in ensuring effective intelligence and combat operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring, controlling and supporting the product life cycle: development, launch into production, receiving feedback, modernization ;
• Organization of an orderly and synchronous process of development of the mechanical, hardware, software part;
• Ensuring the interaction process of the development team between the company's divisions;
• Communication with marketing and sales departments to ensure the process of product promotion on the market;
• Team management: formation and management of a team of researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;
• Control over maintenance of technical and project documentation of the project;
• Ensuring receiving feedback from users, analysis, and decision-making regarding improvement or defect correction;
• Budgeting and cost control: development and control of the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, control of costs and ensuring their compliance with goals and the project;
• Monitoring technological trends: monitoring technological trends, scientific research and innovative markets with the aim of maintaining leadership positions on the market and using advanced technologies in work.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of development and implementation of complex engineering solutions;
• Higher education, knowledge of the English language from level B1;
• Be ready for business trips;
• Understanding of robotics technologies, automated systems and military technologies;
• Experience in managing large projects and teams;
• High orientation to the result, ability to strategic thinking and decision-making;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
