Mission and purpose of this role:

This role implies taking on the responsibility for all stages of the delivery process within projects you’re assigned to. It means a true ‘full stack’ management experience — you’ll not be limited to narrow, same-type tasks. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work with various management areas, ranging from business analysis and product management to risk management, people management, etc.

Talent you’ll bring into our team:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager
• Hands-on experience with Start-up projects (teams of 5+ people)
• Experience in delivering software products in the US or EU markets
• Technical background (at least 1 year of experience as a software developer)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and classical management
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Superior project and team management skills
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Budget management experience
• Strong Risk management skills
• Experience in hiring people and onboarding people
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Being proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details
• Upper-intermediate level of English
