Weare looking for anexperienced Technical Project Manager who will work with our DevOps and Infrastructure team toplan and manage their projects and tasks for asuccessful and timely delivery. You will beworking with teams and stakeholders locally and across the globe toprovide and improve all phases ofthe project prioritization, planning, delivery, and progress reporting. Responsibilities will entail working with other project managers tomake sure everyone isuptodate onproject status and potential issues while working with all ofIT management tomake sure all projects are scoped appropriately and roadblocks are resolved quickly. Duties and Responsibilities : Manage project and task prioritization for the team, and participate inquarterly planning. Bethe main point ofcontact for multiple projects atagiven time. Lead scoping activities for the team projects, schedule required meetings and own project communications. Provide regular and meaningful status updates tothe leadership and other teams. Perform arisk assessment tominimize project risks and resolve roadblocks ontime. Build meaningful and trackable project plans, including dependencies and potential risks. Coordinate and communicate deployment scheduling ofvarious features. Test and verify completed projects and deliverables. Work with the team toproperly organize and manage projects and tasks inJira. Manage resourcing plans— planning team tasks for the sprint and overall project delivery. Manage resources between multiple projects, depending onthe priorities. Work with stakeholders and teams toprepare executive summaries that have estimated timelines and resource impact soprioritization and strategic decisions can bemade. Encourage innovation, implementation ofcutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity. Bewilling toput inthe work necessary todeliver the tasks ontime with ahigh-quality output. Your key skills and capabilities : Experience managing projects and tasks related toDevOps and Infrastructure for atleast 2-3 years. Excellent technical project management fundamentals such asastrong understanding ofthe software development process, including planning, development, testing, and deployment, aswell aswork breakdown, dependencies, and responsibilities (full SDLC). Experience with team resourcing, short and long-term. Strong communication skills— clear and direct written and verbal. Attention todetail. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability towork with both Agile (SCRUM and Kanban) and Waterfall style teams. Proven ability toprioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and changing priorities. Experience inquarterly project planning. Expert-level Jira management experience. Proficient with PowerPoint orother presentation software. Experience building Gantt charts within anAgile environment. English level— B2or above. Preferred qualifications: Experience inthe auto parts industry. Experience with E-commerce. What you’ll dointhe first 30days: Familiarize yourself with the engineering team and their processes. Familiarize yourself with PMO team members inother locations and organization structures. Learn about the current projects being worked onand the tools used. Stary being involved inproject meetings. Additionally, within the first 3months, you will: Work with PMO team members toidentify key areas toimprove. Develop areport that can bedelivered toexecutive team and bereviewed onaBi-weekly basis. Make adjustments toJira that will facilitate better team visibility ofticket statuses. By6months and beyond you will: Own prioritization, planning, and delivery ofthe projects for the DevOps team. Work withIT leadership tomake sure all teams and projects stay ontrack and properly communicated. Own continuous processes and other improvements for your team.
