They provide SaaS solutions that help companies tooptimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning and execution, processes automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention ofdisruptions across the businesses. Weare seeking experienced people with apassion for enabling other teams’ products bymeta-driven design. This isahands-on role towork with ameta-model structure, processing, and tooling used throughout the company and company’s products. Responsibilities: Perform requirements management within different stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and the development team toclarify requirements and ensure that everyone isonthe same page Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements Document business processes and perform data mapping Effectively manage the backlog ensuring that itiswell-groomed and prioritized based onbusiness value Work with the development team toplan sprints and ensure that the sprint goals align with the product vision and strategy; ensure that the sprint backlog iswell-defined, and the development team has aclear understanding ofthe work tobedone Work closely with the development team, architects, and other stakeholders byfacilitating communication toensure that the product isdeveloped inacollaborative and cross-functional manner Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders, customers, and the development team and effectively communicate the product’s features, benefits, and value proposition Manage the release process, ensuring that the product isreleased ontime and meets the Customer’s needs; work closely with the development team toensure that the product iswell-tested and ready for release Requirements: 5+years ofcommercial experience inIT Strong knowledge ofAgile practices such asScrum, Kanban, and Lean (you should beable tofacilitate Agile ceremonies and continuously improve the Agile process) Experience using Jira and Aha for effective product management, product backlog management, and sprint planning Excellent communication skills and the ability tocommunicate with stakeholders effectively aswell aswith team members and customers (guide and resolve team challenges, conduct product/service demonstrations, and manage expectations effectively) Experience working with product requirements and ability toexplain them tothe team; ability toeffectively prioritize product backlog items based onbusiness value and work closely with the development team toensure that the product meets the Customer’s needs Strong management and leadership skills (addressing technical issues, managing competing priorities, and resolving conflicts between team members) Ability tounderstand the stakeholders’ and customers’ needs and translate them into clear product requirements Experience insprint planning and managing the product backlog Aclear understanding ofthe product vision and strategy and ability tocommunicate ittothe team Ability tocoordinate cross-functional teams’ work Ability toeffectively communicate the product’s features, benefits, and value proposition Ability tomanage the release process effectively Weoffer: Career and professional growth Competitive salary Friendly and highly professional teams Big and comfortable office, own parking area, restaurants nearby Medical insurance coverage for employees (Сovid-19included), plus anoption for family insurance coverage atacorporate rate Paid 12sick leaves and all holidays Paid 18working vacation days English/German language courses Ability towork remotely (weprovide all equipment)
