Our client is one of the leading of international companies Pepco, is looking for a Technical Project Manager.

About the roll :

In accordance with the requirements of the construction law, building norms and company standards, and within the specified budget, organizes and supervises the process of adapting and equipping PEPCO premises, and within the specified budget, prepares projects for the development of premises space.

Your responsibilities:

1. Develops architectural concepts for stores and coordinates the design process to ensure compliance with PEPCO standards.

2. ?Coordinates branch projects carried out by design offices (including sanitary, electrical systems).?
3. Monitors the progress of contractors’ work on construction sites and makes technical decisions on tasks.?
4. Completes as-built technical and design documentation of the premises.?
5. Works with suppliers on renovation, construction, and equipping the premises with necessary systems for proper store operation.
