Technical Project Manager in Ozzylogik

We create high-tech measuring hardware and software complexes for radio signal processing.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for managing a technical project at the interface of hardware development and embedded solutions. This role involves actively working with the engineering team, coordinating processes from idea to implementation and ensuring stable product development in a dynamic environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Full management of the technical project at all stages: planning, coordination, control of execution and compliance with deadlines.
• Organization of effective interaction between teams (engineering, product, related).
• Optimization of project management processes and improvement of internal team communication.
• Control of risks, changes in requirements and quality of execution of project work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience successfully managing and completing complex technical projects as a Technical Project Manager or related roles.
• Developed leadership and management skills, the ability to effectively coordinate the work of the project team and cooperate with engineering departments.
• Experience in hybrid project management (Waterfall + Scrum)
• Understanding the electronics (HW) and embedded software development life cycle.
• Understanding the principles of project management and the software development life cycle.
• Understanding the specifics of development for microcontrollers (RTOS, High-Load Systems, Linux environment).
• Confident command of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Worksection).
• Ability to work effectively in conditions of uncertainty and rapid changes.
• Understanding C/C++ programming languages will be a plus.
• Higher education in the field of management, engineering or related fields will be a plus.
