Technical Project Manager in Qantango

We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead  delivery processes, optimize client management platforms, and drive automation. You’ll ensure  efficient execution across the full development lifecycle while fostering collaboration between  engineering, product, and business teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in other managerial  roles.
• Strong technical foundation with at least 3 years in software development or QA.
• Practical experience configuring and optimizing client management platforms, alongside  process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage engineering teams and cross-functional collaborations.
• Solid understanding of R&D practices and the complete software development lifecycle.
• Skilled in defining business requirements, producing and reviewing technical  documentation, and coordinating releases.
• Proficient in planning, prioritization, and balancing competing demands.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain client management platforms, streamline workflows, and drive  automation.
• Manage projects using Scrum and Kanban: planning, task tracking in Jira, facilitating  meetings, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders and coordinate with other teams and  departments.
• Track key delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, quality) and suggest data-driven  improvements.  
• Organize joint releases, manage cross-team dependencies, and support smooth  delivery.
• Support team growth through onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
