Areas of responsibility:

• Full responsibility for measuring the level of quality and development of the project;

• Management of stakeholder expectations and changes in the project;

• Active participation in daily release and production processes;

• Ensuring clear and effective communication between all team members and stakeholders;

• Ensuring that the Scrum team adheres to theory, practices and rules; organizing and conducting Scrum events as needed;

• Constant provision of high-quality customer support;

• Project documentation management and knowledge base support;

• Assessing the effectiveness of project team members and providing feedback to department heads;

• Team selection, interviews, team coaching on self-organization and cross-functional cooperation.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;

• Experience with Scrum/Kanban;

• Excellent knowledge of the stages of the project life cycle (SDLC);

• Good communication and leadership skills;

• English level from Intermediate;

• Risk management skills;

• Knowledge of project management methodology and tools;

• Ability to adhere to high work standards, focus on product quality.
